Establishing ourselves as a core architectural practice within the Thames-Coromandel district for over 30 years has allowed us to build key partnerships with industry professionals and create strong client relationships. We’d also like to iterate that these connections are not only a reflection of our assurance to you in high quality design and craftsmanship; but through the fact that our family name and reputation is on every home we've built. Ray Broad
Director - Architectural Designer
Born and raised in the Hauraki Plains director of Broad Architecture; Ray Broad delivers when it comes to local expertise. Choosing to raise his own family of two boys alongside wife Celeste in Ngatea, Ray has established himself as a family man which drives him in his pursuit to create beautiful homes for other families within the area; or for families wanting to join. His architectural designs can be seen in Ngatea, Thames, Whitianga, Pauanui, Whangamata and other locations throughout the Thames-Coromandel district with a specialisation in new residential builds. Ray has practised his niche for over 30 years with his qualification as a licensed building practitioner. His affiliation with master builders has also lent to his success.
